We put systems inand equip your people to run them.

Two people. One builds the commercial engine, the other builds the capability to run it. Most systems fail in the gap between process and people. We synchronise both.

Us

Meitheal is a traditional Irish term for neighbours gathering to get work done. Different strands, one job.

Systems

Moseley Labor

Co-founder  /  Revenue operations and AI systems

Moseley builds the commercial engine: revenue operations, AI systems architecture, and the infrastructure that makes a business run predictably rather than heroically.

His work is the unglamorous spine of a company. A CRM that is a genuine source of truth rather than a place data goes to die. Process that holds up under audit. Reporting that finance and sales both believe. AI put where it actually removes work, not where it demos well.

  • Revenue operations and CRM architecture
  • AI implementation and workflow design
  • Commercial process, governance and reporting
  • Partnership and B2C sales leadership

People

Meg Foley

Co-founder  /  Organisational development and coaching

Meg builds the human side: organisational development, change management, executive coaching, and culture.

She led brand communication and culture at a global beauty brand through its integration into a multinational group, spanning 25+ markets and for over 4,000 people. She knows what actually happens to people when a structure changes underneath them, and as a qualified change and coaching practitioner she helps them navigate through.

  • Change management
  • Executive and leadership coaching
  • Culture, engagement and corporate communication
  • Team and capability development

What we do

Moseley leads

Revenue operations build

A working commercial spine: CRM architecture, pipeline and data model, the reporting layer, and the governance that stops it decaying six months later.

Moseley leads

AI systems and workflow design

Finding the work that should not be done by a person, and building the AI system that does it. Scoped against real workflows, not a tool wishlist.

Meg leads

Change and culture programs

Supporting transformations and organisational changes with integrity and sensitivity. Building communication, capability, and honest conversations in between.

Meg leads

Executive and leadership coaching

One-to-one coaching for founders and senior leaders, and development programmes for the teams they lead.

Both of us

Fractional advisory

An ongoing retainer where you get both perspectives on call: the systems view and the people view, to discuss what is in front of you that month.

Selected work

Premium publishing company

Rebuilding the commercial spine of a publishing business

A fast-growing premium ghostwriting business had outgrown its operational scaffolding. Revenue was real; the ability to see it clearly was not.

The work established a project-ID audit spine across systems, made the CRM the actual source of truth, and built a governance model for extension fees that had been quietly leaking. Diagnostic tooling surfaced billing errors that had been invisible for years, including a date-handling fault slipping subscription days across a daylight saving change.

Global beauty brand

Holding culture together through an acquisition

When a distinctive, fiercely independent brand joins a multinational group, the risk is not operational. It is that the thing people loved about working there might quietly disappear.

Leading brand communication and culture through the integration meant working across 25 markets and with more than 4,000 staff: keeping the internal voice intact, equipping local leaders to carry the message, and giving people the information they needed to navigate the changes.

How we work together

Systems and adoption, in the same engagement

Most consultancies sell you one half. A new CRM arrives and nobody uses it. A culture programme runs and nothing operationally changes. Both are expensive ways to end up where you started.

Our joint engagements put the build and the adoption on the same plan, with the same two people accountable for both. The system gets designed with the team who will run it, and the change work starts before go-live rather than after the complaints.

Available as a joint engagement or retainer.

Small by design

You get the two of us. Hands-on and committed.

No pitch team who hand you to juniors. No partner who appears at kickoff and is never seen again. When you hire Meitheal, the two people who scoped the work are the two people who do it.

That puts a real ceiling on how many clients we take at once, which we think is a feature. We prefer craft over count.

The first conversation is a free diagnostic. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so and point you to someone who is.
